Does this company still do business?

I have tried numerous times to get in contact with these people on 021 402 0797, but with no luck. Everytime I get a message that they are experiencing high call volumes and to leave a message... I have left 5 already and still no one has come back to me. My problem is that there is a judgement from them on my credit record, which I would like to sort out, as according to me the claim has been settled almost 2 years back. Is it that hard just to phone someone back??? I am a soon to be dad and want to sort everything out before the little one comes. Please if someone can contact me ASAP, even an e-mail will do.
