Pathetic service from vodacom

I'm disgusted with Vodacom's service cannot believe it. I had logged a query with you guys last year already and Paul called me once could not get me left a voicemail message and sent me an e-mail to contact him back which i did several times and he never came back to me or even answered one of my calls. How can such a person be appointed a position to solve your customer problems. I'm a very patient an understanding person but the service that i've received fro you has taken the worst out of me. I need someone competent to contact me and sort your mess out please. I will not be called by people telling me my account has been handed over when i have paid you. This is my credit record you messing with.
