It blows my mind how useless SARS is!! For a company who controls South Africa's revenue, I would imagine they would be a little more efficient and knowledgeable of tax law and pretty much just their job. No one can assist you in the call centre when you call in for a dispute, and that's after holding on for 20 mins just to speak to someone useless who can't help you anyway. You can't log a dispute online because the dispute form needs information which I have no clue of plus the call centre can't help. You can't send an email, all disputes have to be done through their stupid system which clearly doesn't work, and where it indicates a mandatory field on the form, an error message pops up and says that field cannot be modified... then how the am I supposed to log a dispute if I cant tell you what the dispute is regarding. I can't do anymore and I refuse to call you call centre again to waste my time, so if you have queries or need payment... Contact me and sort your out, don't sms me, threaten me with legal action and tell ME to call YOU!
