ITC and ITC BA
Unacceptable charges and rudeness

I have been contacted by ITC BA in regards to a medical account of R200.00 in October 2012.
They have totld me with their charges I had to pay an amount of R241.18, which I also received in a letter later in October month.
Thsi morning when I contacted them I was informed that I still owe then an amount of R129.18. When I asked what this was it, I could not get a proper answer. As I accepted that the call was being recorded I stated that I only owe and amount of R91.18 still and this this amount only will be paid as full and final settlement amount.
Then this woman started getting rude and raised her voice to me. Sorry I am not their playmate and work hard enough for the little money I do get.
Who give her the right so add charges? I was not informed and therefor refuse to pay a sent more than the R91.18.
As a single mother I do not need threats of any kind from people who does not know me nor my situation at all.
Please assist with this as I am not going to accept this at all. I will take this further should they put my name on ITC for their benefits.
