Bank chanrges R393.75

Yesterday 01/05/2013 i went to the ATM to withdraw funds. When I got home i saw the notification to inform me that funds have been withdrawn, but to my shock my acc balance was way less then I am aware of. This morning before going to work I stopped by the ATM to do a mini stat and saw the R393.75, because it was a mini statement it never stated whether it was POS, CSW or a DO. I opted to contact the number in the sms and enquire about this amount. I spoke to Sheldon whom informed me that it was billed for bank charges! R393.75 for bank charges. I've been banking with ABSA since i started my studies and never ever have I been charged this amount for bank charges. How could you debit my account without notyfing me with a sms even? I hope this matter is dealt with ASAP and im contacted with the relevant feedback or else i'll be closing my acc and taking my money else where.
