All I want is my settlement amount

Last year I was contacted by NBA and was told that I owe R1, 200 (I have never received a statement for this either), so I made an arrangement to pay R200 a month until it is settled. Its now 6 months later, therefore I have paid R1, 200 already (I know there's obviously interest added to that amount).

Firstly, I received an sms in the week from them saying that I defaulted on my payment arrangement (I have not skipped a payment once). When I phoned and asked them what this sms is about the lady simply said "we see you paid it 4 days later than usual". I then asked for the settlement amount which she informed me was R900 and something. I asked for the settlement amount to be sms'd to my mobile number (which she had and confirmed the number with me), I am still waiting for the sms with the amount. They can sms to tell me I've defaulted (which I most definitely have not) but they cant sms me my settlement amount.

Would someone please be so kind as to sms me the amount so I can get rid of this account once and for all?
