Nedbank inconstant debit giving bad credit rating

I have a personal loan with nedbank which i have been paying consistently since the account was opened. Nedbank has always attempted to debit my account prior to the date of the debit order and this would result with my account being double debited. On the 7th of Jan 2014 R 2, 840 was debit from my account via Naedo which surprises because my account was not in arrears. This has greatly affect my credit record as I am in the process of applying for a bond and I now qualify for less than I was aiming to get.
