2 Nedbank policies cancelled without my knowledge

A Hospital plan and a Death & Disabilty policy that I have been paying for 10 years through Nedbank on my credit card account were both cancelled in the last 2 years without my knowledge. This left me uninsured for the accident I had in Dec 2012.

I cannot get a good explanation from my branch or the call centre.
