I ordered an ipad from FNB through their smart devices offering in November 2011. It was delivered on time with no problems, so when I saw they were offering Macbook pros, I ordered one.

My order was received on the 24th of January 2012 and I was notified that it would be delivered in 10-15 business days. 15 business days came and went without being contacted and on the 15th business day I started calling them daily to find out what the problem is. I was told for 3 days that they will look into it, escalate the situation's priority and get back to me 24-48 hours later. Big surprise that I never got a phone call. On monday the 18th of Feb i phoned yet again and finally one of their call centre operators was competent enough to tell me thay I cant have two devices at the same time and I still had 8 months left on my ipad's payment. I settled the outstanding amount and they assured me my macbook would be delivered in a few days. 4 Days later and still no call. I just phoned them (26 Feb) and someone has to call me to re-order it? Start the whole process over again?! So its going on 6 weeks and I still dont have a clear answer on when to expect my macbook.

Utterly horrible service.
