Still no feedback!!!

It saddens me that I have to complain once again about the poor service delivery from ABSA. It is absolutely shocking how they can just ignore queries or requests.

I have sent numerous emails, but no response!!! Next week, the query will be pending for 3 months. 3 months and no feedback - disgusting.

I'm not going into detail as ABSA is in in possesion of all the mails I have sent explaining the request/query.
I request that ABSA sort it out asap as I would like to close my account and move to antother bank - you can't pay bank charges, etc and receive such terrible and disgusting service.
