I am in Debt Because of Absa

Hi there my name is Roryck Erasmus and I took out a loan from Absa Bank to help pay for my wedding, on the 18th of Feb 2013 I asked the Table View branch if I could make a skip payment on my loan for 3 months so I had money to pay for the extras of the wedding< the bank was nice enough to help me and put a stop order on as well, on the 25 Feb 2013 they deducted the money from my account without notice after the stop order was made. I went to the bank in CPT, then they told me they don't do skip payments anymore, so I went back to the Table View branch and they where unaware of this, and called to find out what they could do, and nothing came out and I got a call on the 3 March 2013 saying i'm behind on payment for the loan and that i took off the debit order on my loan payment, I called head office to ask them about the solution for this and they couldn't help me and now I am in debt with Edgars and the Dj for my wedding, as I budgeted that money on the skip payment for paying Edgars and the Dj of R4050.00, please help me find a solution on how I can get them to right there wrongs of lack of communication, with me and with there other branches. Thank you
