Replacement Card Ordered - Surname change

On 22 Dec 2012, I ordered a replacement card due to surname change. I was assured that the card # wouldn't change and that the new card would take a maximum of 7 working days to get to the Centurion mall branch. It is now 12 Jan 2012 and I am still waiting for the card. Due to an error which they also made, my internet banking has also been suspended. The first time I went to collect the card, i was told it was delivered to Eastgate branch - without me going to enquire, the card would still be at Eastgate branch. The second time I was told that the card was at the Centurion main branch which again would have stayed there if I didn't go to enquire. Instead of meeting me halfway when I requested to send my husband, (who has signing powers) to collect the card and pin for me, they told me about their procedures after all the inconvenience they've caused. 12 working days have passed, I've been to the bank twice, I cannot access my internet banking - They were more concerned about their procedures (at my expense) rather than fixing their mess. The only option I was given was to go back for the third time (at their convenience) in order to collect the card. I am extremely disappointed.
