I reported my card lost on 9/03/2013 and requested that a replacement card be sent to FNB Bellville branch. I went to collect on 19 March only to be told that my card was not at that Bellville branch as there are 2 branches in Bellville. The Enquiries assistant then completed a form for the card to be transferred the that branch (Bellville Civic). I have since not received my sms to collect. I am using my children's savings account card in the interim which has charges that go through for every transaction. I tried contacting the Bellville branch in Durban road but the phone doesn't even ring and the Bellville Civic branch is not even listed on the website. It's becoming a nightmare to get my replacement card. Please HELP!
