False advertising

Outsurance broadcasts everywhere; radio. tv ads and newspapers that if they cant beat your current insurance they'll pay you R400 in cash. Well, they lie!!! My husband got a call yesterday from one of the call centres. they ofcoz couldnt beat dial direct's quote. when my husband enquired about the 'R400', the lady's reply was i cant give it to you because you dont qualify for it. outsurance, who qualifies for you supposedly R400 if not us? (because you couldnt beat the current insurance) A monkey??? If you cant stick to your word, dont false advertise!!!
