FICA docs for my credit card account - Ref 8902484

Sometime last year I got sms's from African Bank which read as follows 'Your account is not FICA compliant & will be disabled if we do not receive ID or proof of residence. Send to [Email Removed] or fax 087 2308361 or branch. Twice I scanned and faxed my ID copy to them but kept on getting the same messages. When I received the same sms for the 3rd time I actually phoned African Bank thinking maybe it was a because I had forwarded the documents as requested. I was just told to forward them again which I did. On Jan 2013 my account was blocked and then on 18 Jan went to Boulders Branch upon which I presented them with proof of residence but was told they also needed my ID which I submitted on the morning of the 19th. On the 20th I got an sms from African Bank saying that 'my query has not been resolved due to insufficient info but after phoning 0861000555 I was told another reason' that the the bank stamp which was put at the branch was not clearly visible. I have now been The Boulders branch also on 21 Feb and this morning 22 Feb 2013 but to no avail. Someone at African Bank's back office is not performing their duties as expected and their procedure is flawed
