FICA Again!!!

I have logged a complaint before. My Credit Card was blocked without any notification. When I contact African Bank I was told it was blocked beause I needed to FICA. I did and submitted the required documentation. I have now been blocked AGAIN. This is very embarassing when using your card. I called to query this and I was told that the card would be unblocked and they can see on the system that I have submitted my FICA documentation. Today I get an sms to say the FICA has been declined. And I need to re-submit. Really I dont have time for this. Please rather have my account closed.
