African Bank
They never ask for proof of residence

I am a client of African Bank even bought furniture through African Bank last year and this is the first time that they asking me for proof of residence I've send them something but its one of my statements from African Bank now they telling me they don't take that I don't have other accounts that comes to my house so what must I do know this is even the second time that I'm using that branch and the first time they never asked me for proof of residence why did they do it different the first time and now they doing it different I've already signed and everything now she's telling me she can not process the agreement without the proof of residence. Why do they have double standards? I mean they should have ask me the first time for proof of residence and everything is on their system because I am an existing client who never skips a payment my account is up to date
