TELEPHONIC ABUSE & THREATS OF PENSIONERS!

This institution supplied a family member for fiance for a vehicle.
The person responsible for this account last lived with my parents 10 years ago. No longer resides there and we have no details of domicile or telephonic access at this point.
The collection agents still have my 73 year old fathers cel no as a reference and continually HOUND my parents trying to locate this family member. My parents reside in an old age home, are very sickly as well as my father is currently fighting Cancer.
The collection agents REFUSE to accept that my parents cannot give any information. They CONTINUALLY verbally abuse, threaten and are extremely rude to my elderly parents despite being told endless amounts of times that they have NO information to assist MFC.
I tried for almost and hour to get someone there to help me locate this family members' account - the attitude was very unhelpful and eventually I was cut off more than once.
If this abuse does not end I will go further that this site and lay a charge of abuse against this corporation and the collection agents who are abusing and threatening my parents! The entire issue is DISGUSTING
