My credit card frozen, for what reason, i dont know

on Wed 19 Dec 2012 i wrote to hello peter due to poor service i received from the manager at african bank
lebowakgomo branch, the following day i received a call from african bank complains dep they asked me to go back to africanbank lebowakgomo ask for the same manager as they spoke to her, and she promised them that she will assist me and also apologise, i went there gave her my documents to fax them she was just rude like the first time, but she told me she has send them throu to FICA OR CREDITCARD DEP, NOW on tuesday 06 FEB 2013 i went to the atm trying to access some money inmy credit card, to my suprise my account has been frozen, WHY? i spoke to one of the consultant at the branch she said it might be because they didnt receive proof of my resident.
IM TIRED OF AFRICAN BANK AND THE POOR SERVICE I ALWAYS GET, IF THIS PROBLEM ITS NOT RESOLVED IM GOINT TO STOP PAYING TAT STUPID CREDIT CARD AND I WONT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE.
