ON THE 01/10/2013 I CONTACTED AFRICAN BANK TO MAKE ARRANGMENTS REAGRDING MY LOANS, DUE TO MY CURRENT FINANCIAL SITUATION, I WAS TOLD TO GET DOCUMENTS AND GO INTO A BRANCH AND HAVE THEM SORT IT OUT FOR ME, THERE AFTER ONCE THE DOCS ARE FAXED THROUGH I WILL RECIEVE A CALL FROM AFRICAN BANK TO CONFIRM MY ARRANGMENT .THE LADY AT THE BANK FAXED ALL THE RELEVANT DOCEMENTS TO THE HEAD OFFCE, SHE ALSO GAVE ME THE CONFIRMATION OF THE FAX .IALMOST A MONTH LATER I STILL DID NOT RECIEVE A CALL FROM AFRICAN BANK.I WENT INTO THE BRANCH ON THE 24/10/2013 TO CHECK THAT ALL IS IN ORDER REGARDING THE ARRANGMENTS, ONLY TO FIND OUT NO ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN DONE.I CALLED THE HEAD OFFICE FROM THE BANK AND WAS INFORMED BY DANIEL THAT THERE ARE NO DOCUMENTS WITH THEM, THE CONSULTANT AT THE BRANCH CLEARLY REMEMBERS FAXING THE DOCS AND CALLED THE HEAD OFFICE, TO CONFIRM THIS, SHE WAS A GIVEN SOME STORY OVER THE PHONE AND ALSO SPOKE TO DANIELAION FROM THE HEAD OFFICE AND HE SAID HE NEVER RECIEVE THE DOCS, I NOW HAVE TO FOLLOW THE WHOLE PROCEDURE AGAIN,
CAPITECH BANK REOLVED MY SITUATION WITHIN 24HRS, AND WITH NO ARREARS, AFRICAN BANK MUST LEARN FROM CAPITEC BANK THEY LISTENED TO MY QUERY, AND ASSISTED ME GREATL
