I am an Iwyze member whos car was involved on a hailstorm damage & had lodged a claim which at this stage is finalized & closed & the repairs to my car damaged was no done to my satisfactory as a result panelbeater (Sanrose in Midrand) had failed to repair my car to the specified period & still had failed after 30days to provide me with courtesy car while repairs was still not complete .this is what assessor wrote (Net 011 450 4600) "SHOULD THEY BE ANY DELAYS AND VEHICLE WILL NOT BE READY IN THE DAYS THAT WE HAVE ALLOWED, PLEASE
CONTACT THE MANAGER WHICH SIGNED OF THE ASSESSMENT" & still they never did that as a result I keep on calling Sanrose & no luck and joy I get my query to be solved. As a result I contacted Iwyze to let them about my Problem & I had concluded with my mind that I end my relationship with this insuarance, but lucky I endup to a lady called Amaleah who had changed my mind & on daily basis contacted me with regard to stages of trying to resolve my problem which eventually encouraged me not to terminate my memebership because i can see the progress & follow up she does...
