STILL DEBITING ON AN INCORRECT DATE

I have brought this problem to the attention of iwyze before and i was promised by Amaleah Mbewe that it will never happen again. She even sent me an apology letter which is still in my possession. I phoned on saturday and asked to speak to her and i was promised that she will call me on monday. I only got a call on tuesday 23/04/13 from Michael Jonker who was very rude when i told him about my problem. He kept on saying there's no truth in what im saying that they debited my account on 19th which is not the agreed debit order date. I couldnt understand because they (iwyze) sent me two sms's stating that PREMIUM UNPAID due to insuffient funds. He didnt take my complaint serious to him i was just wasting his time, thats how i felt. Till today i havent received any calls from Amaleah, she is aware of my complaint becasue Michael did send her an email on tuesday. Im realy unhappy with iwyze this is the 3rd time now. They messing up my account which affects my credit record with my bank. This is absolutly rediculous. They dont value me as a customer and i feel disrespected.
