IWYZE doesnt care

My aunt has iWYZE insurance. she had an accident on 21 March 2013 and was given courtesy car. the assessor from iWYZE only assessed the car on the 19th of April 2013. thats 4 weeks later for iWYZE to do anything about my aunts accident. the courtesy car now has to be returned. after the repairs on her car she is definately changing insurance probably to MIWAY who repaired my car last year long before the courtesy car was due. iWYZE is a BIG FAT!
