Bad service for a pending claim. No communicaton

I submitted a motor vehicle accident claim two months ago. they never even called me to update me on the progress of claim. I had to call several times and all that yielded no result. There is no specific person handling my case or ready to provide answers. having supplied all needed documents and gone for vehicle inspection, they just enjoy taking my premium and their service. I will be taking my case to the Ombud's office as of this week. After this I will move my insurance to OUTsurance. I have waisted so much money calling them to success.
