Frustrated beyond words!!!

I am writing in sheer frustration! I was involved in a minor accident 19 April 2013 that resulted in my vehicle not being drivable. I submitted the claim 8am 20 April 2013. After some considerable back and forth on the same day, my vehicle was towed and a courtesy car was delivered. Since then (three weeks later) my vehicle has not been assessed. Almost every day I get a e-mail that says my claim is being validated and every time I call the call centre I'm told that they are waiting for an assessor to evaluate my car! My courtesy car will expire in the next week and I don't even know when or if my car will be fixed. On top of the current costs I have incurred as a result of this accident, I now have to also consider rental car fees when I have to return my courtesy car!! I changed my insurer of over 10 years last year because Iwyze gave me a better premium & I liked that you were able to get the quote online. I had 3 loss incidents with that insurer during that period and not even once did I struggle with claims, everything was seamless. I do so regret joining Iwyze (in tears). Plus my several attempts to submit a claim have been unsuccessful! Policy no: 1006112664. Claim no: 43
