Nedbank debit goes off to early

When I applied for a personal loan at Nedbank it was agreed to that the debit order would go off on the 25th of each month. Yet in February the debit order went off on the 22nd. Nedbank put me in a really difficult position and would probably just to lift up their shoulders and say sorry it was a technical glitch. I think this is highly unprofessional from a big institution like Nedbank.

I sincerely hope that they would at least apologize in person, and that the person or persons guilty would be held accountable for their actions.
