Bad Admininstration & Waiting for reimbursment

The 11 &12 October 2012 monies was withdrawn from my credit card, all withdrawals from ATM's in Johannesburg. I immediatley called the intrnational line to stop my credit card & to report a case.
On the 18 October i filled in a form & was told that someone will contact me in 5 working days after they have investigated. Weeks went by & no communication, i decided to take a chance with my internet banking & then discovered that my new card number was activated but withdrawals continued after i had closed my account. Again i was on the phone from the UAE & what irritated me was the fact that consultants wanted me to feel like the victim, another case reported & again needed to wait. Dec 2012 again after calling after Standard Bank i was told it is not a case but a case that a Branch-Westgate (Johannesburg) had linked my account to another clients account, the client had then withdrawn all MY FUNDS.

It is now Jan '13 and my case has still not been solved, Im still waiting for my account to be reimbursed, the manager of Westgate has very little interest in helping to solve my case or to reimburse my account ASAP. Im been sent from 1 person to the other.
