Debited money from my acc without my permission

Dimension life debited money from my saving account for the pass five years and every time i went to absa bank to stop this after a few months the debit order would go off again, than i got hold of a lady by the name seni who works for dimension life and she said that they would refund me an amount of only r1623.00 .but this debit order has been going off since june 2009 till last month 2013 for an amount off r125.00 per a month, so i agreed to take the amount off r1623.00 as a full and final which seni said she is going to refund me, and when i asked seni to sent me a letter over email she agreed that she would do so and i till did not get any mail from her or a refund, so when i called seni she said that she handed this matter over to the legal department and said someone would contact me from there, the thing what is sad about all this is that i did not give dimension life permission to debit my account because firstly this policy was taken out for a miss magoda nolonwabo id 9101012128083 but my banking details was used, i do not even know miss magoda nolonwabo, so why take my money from my saving account without permission. I am appalled by Dimesion life's service
