An amount of of R400 was withdrawn from my account

On the 03-03-2013 Sunday at 17:48 in the afternoon an amount R400 was withdrawn from my account with out my knowledge and the money that was left was R28.72, i received an in contact massage and my bank card was with me, and no one knows my pin, I immediately called the bank to block my card, Then on the 04-03-2013 i went to the bank to report the incident then the bank said they will investigate, then they opened a case and said they taking the matter to their investigation comity, the they gave me a paper that confirms that they have opened a case and had the case details, after a week on the 08-03-2013 Friday without receiving any communication from the bank i went there to check the progress of the case, they told me the case was closed because they didn't find anything and they made it sound like the whole thing was my fault. The way i was so angry i ended up closing the account and they asked my pay another amount of R22.28 for closing the account, i want my money back, please assist me.
