Lack of interest in case

While I was participating the the Wildcoast Wildrun along the coast of the Wildcoast with my wallet containing my credit and debit card, R14 000 have been withdrawn from 18 September to 22 September 2013. I phoned the Standard Bank division on 23 September at 9:50 and the case was logged (Case No 340 5903). I was promised that it would be resolved between 7 to 10 working days. I phone the division almost daily with no success. The matter was escalated on 3 October at 11:09, twice on 7 October and twice on 8 October.

The bank is unable to explain firstly how it is possible to withdrawn R4 000/ day and secondly why I was not notified that R14 000 was withdrawn from the account. They are also unable to communicate with me on the way forward. I am being promised daily that somebody would phone me.
