Block on Cheque account

In July 2012 me and my husband decided to go under debt review, I opened another account at FNB because my account would be block. Wrongfully my salary was paid into my Absa cheque account in August 2012. 1 September received phone call that money will be paid back to me. In September we cancelled the debt review, since then i'm struggeling to get the block of my account. Since August/September, my whole salary has been use for fees.
