Shocking service

It seems ABSA only cares when they are taking money from you. I have requested Natis documents on 3 seperate occasions over a period of no fewer than 4 months and every time I am simply told WE will get back to you. I need to get these vehicles off my name as the companys the vehicles have been sold to have not done so for 2-3 years and every year I spend a fortune in licence fees for vehicles i no longer have!!!

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET THESE DOCUMENTS FROM ABSA!!!

DOES ABSA CARE? NO THEY DO NOT EVEN THOUGH THIS COMPLAINT HAS BEEN ESCALATED TO MANAGMENT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED FOR OVER A MONTH SINCE THE ESCALATION.
