No feedback on request to remove Block Code

I complained about the Debt Review service from Edcon for the last few months.
COMPLAINT: Reference number: 0710130041/GO
I paid up my account in April 2013, and I was removed from Debt Review in April 2013. My debt counsellor sent a request through to Edcon but the Block Code O is still appearing on my account. I tried phoning the Debt Review department several times, but there is NO answer! Please can you remove this block code from my account in order for me to use my account again.
I phoned Customer Service about 10 times, they refuse to log an incident and keep on saying I need to phone the Debt Review department (I do, BUT THEY NEVER ANSWER the phones)
Yesterday I got a call from Edcon stating that the Block code was removed, they confirmed my credit limit and personal details, even updating my email address. I got to the store to get my new card, and the block code is still on the account, we phoned Customer Service, speaking to the Line Manager, and he said he will send an email to Debt Review department, which never happened, and he refused to log an incident and give me a reference number. I want this sorted out TODAY!!!
