I started the debt review in September of 2012. My debt Councillors have repeatedly contacted Absa regarding my Virgin Money Credit Card account to no avail. The following is an email I have received from my Debt Councillors regarding their communication and lack of feedback from Absa:

With regards to our telephonic conversation on even date; Please be advised;
-Form 17.1 was sent out on the 20/09/2012
-A follow up to ABSA for the form 17.1 was sent on the 27/09/2012 - (please see attached)
-First set of proposal issued - 22/10/2012 - using the credit bureau information for the ABSA account
-COB received from ABSA on the 19/11/2012
-Amended provisional Proposals sent to ABSA on the 22/11/2012 - With updated COB information
-Follow up on First proposals 30/11/2012
-Final Proposals sent to ABSA on the 06/12/2012
-Follow up on Final proposals to ABSA sent on the 09/01/2013
-2nd Follow up the 18/01/2013
-3nd follow up the 01/02/2013
-4th Follow up the 11/02/2013 - Escalated to management.
Please be advised that no communication has been received from ABSA, with regards to proposals or the status of the account.
