Hi, my mum is disable and had a savings policy with old mutual. On the 14th of may she phoned and cancelled her policy in which they said in four days we will receive a letter which she needs to fill and post back. Up to today no documents were sent to her. I phone them on the 15th of june and asked to b sent a email of the documents which we filled in n sent trough post n email. Still no feedback, I phoned them to ask whats going on, to which dey reply that she needs to fill more documents. We don't know what to do anymore, it seems like old mutual does not want to give her what's due to her. When she took the policy, they said when she cancels it wil take two days for the money to be back in her account. 3 months have gone. Very. Disappointed.
