There are constant various debit orders on my account (every month since October 2011). Blocking the debits often does not work, Secure Messages sent to the branch are mostly ignored. I elevated the problem to my personal banker - no response at all. Emailed the Prestige Banking helpdesk numerous times, no response or I get a different service agent each time asking the same questions. I reply each time, but the problem continues with no decisive response.
While the debits are not directly SB's fault, they fail to deal with the problem and fail to respond to my queries. Even email - to my personal banker and the helpdesk - saying that I am at my wit's end and see no other solution than to close my account, go unanswered. despite this, I constantly get marketing calls and emails.
