Unauthorize debit orders on my account

Good day I wrote to you guys about planet fitness debiting on my account. They responded after I wrote to you and they requested my bankstatement to track where the debit orders coming from. Till now They havent got back to me with any response and instead they debits are still going on in my account and I have penalty fees that I have to pay at standard bank because of the failed debit orders because they go in my account and they find nothing and its a penalty on me. its really stressing now I have to change my banking details that i have been banking with for long time because of one company that cant fix my problem. I have emailed them over and over and no response I have called them over and over and no solution they said they gonna call me back but no calls i recieve. Every day i call them to sort this out but they transfer me from one branch to another. Please assist me. Thank you
