24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance
24h mobility cellphone insurance - FAIL

My phone was and the insurance claim approved. My handset is discontinued, but 24h mobility won't let me get a new model phone and pay the difference. Instead, they dictate what handset I can have. My personal short-term insurance is much better in that it simply pays out and lets you choose.
I will be cancelling this insurance on all my phones asap!
