24 Hour mobility takes over 9days to assist

In 2013 July I took out a cellphone contract with MTN and I was given insurance with 24hour mobilty, not that I had asked for it because if it were up to me I would have taken the MTN insurance but because I was not informed I am now stuck with 24 hour mobility. To cut the long story short, my cellphone contract with MTN expired in July 2013 and I have been calling the 24hour mobility customer line to cancel the insurance but they never answer the phone so on the 16th of Aug I decided to email them, I received a reply from Marcha Prinsloo four days later on the 20th asking for my Identity no. and cellphone no., I replied almost immediately and only got her reply two days later on the 22nd, he reply was to inform me that she had found my policy and was confirming the details with me, I replied almost immediately and asked her to cancel my insurance on that date, I was cc'd by Marcha 4 days later on the 26th as she was handing over my query to the next consultant. Today is the 29th and I have not received any feedback from anybody. All I am trying to do is cancel the insurance so I don not understand why it should be such a tedious process.
