CARD NEVER WORKS now NO CARD!!

I have been a one plan memeber since Dec 2011.. i paid for my one card i think 2 or 3 times never received it. My partner who is a dependant had an accident and we had such a mission to get him booked into hospital. eventually booked in and good one they took care of all. BUT i still had no card. Deon delivered a tempory card and tehn i received my actual card. when i wanted to use either of teh cards i couldnt it did not work. so everytimne had to pay cash. December i was in contact with one of the agents. i went to standard bank atm to test the card for atm to swollow my card mess card reported lost or stollen!!! I went to dentist and so did my partner and again we had to pay cash!!! Could not do root canal or anytthing cause did not have enough money and no medical aid acrd... i am sitting with very bad tooth ache cant go to dentist cause i DONT have money and dont have a crad my whole face is numb of pain!!!
