Terrible sms received after closing accounts

I had a problem with Nedbank where they moved money out of my account - it took me 4 month to get back - however this is not my complain I have closed my savings account with them and my credit card account (I have moved my kids accounts from my savings account and closed it I even asked the consulted for proof and he said the banks keeps everything however my account is closed)- a few month later I received an sms to say my account was overdrawn I then went to the bank to ask how this can be as my account was closed they called it admin fee of over R400.00 however I did pay the money and instructed them to make sure this account is close - I was ones again told this account is now closed (card was cut in the bank the 1st time I closed my account - now again I have received and sms (your Nedbank account remains overdrawn. An immediate deposit is required as a matter of urgency. Manage the health of your facility) I again went to the bank and yes the account is still not closed and I have to pay again to close an account for the 3rd time - I was told to bring the proof with I don't have as I ask for and was not given - I need this account to be closed and all money paid returned
