I agree with the purpose of an insurance policy, but I do not agree that your company strives towards this! The only thing that is premature here is the customer service that you guys provide!!! I received an SMS stating that my excess on the claim was R17 903-45. There wasn't a breakdown e-mailed or SMSd to me. On contacting Joanitta at your office, I discovered that I was charged R10 000 for no reason! She said my policy was less than 120 days old, when it was over 6 months old. She said that there wasn't a third party traceable, yet I provided her with the AR number and a description of the accident. Also, she sent me a copy of a policy that doesn't even belong to me on 07/02/2013. How professional is that???
As the client, I have the right in the decisions that are made on my bike. I know that my bike will not be 100% back to normal if the work goes according to what the assessor approved, as I have seen the damage. Certain parts have to be replaced! You guys don't mind dragging this process as I have to pay my premium every month, just to fight with you guys! That is definitely not putting the client's needs first! You guys are pathetic!
