Smart Device - No Delivery and No Feedback!

I logged a complaint about the non delivery of a smart device on the 10th December. The device was ordered on the 18th November.

I still do not have any delivery of this device. While I admit there has been some feedback, I still have no expected delivery date of this device.

This device has been ordered for my wife, it's a Christmas present. If not received by Friday, then I will have to cancel and make alternative arrangement.
