What happened to my excess monies???

On Feb of 2012 a guy knocked onto my vehicle while I was making a right turn he drove off suddenly thus damaging the left side door fender and causing internal damage to my car

I contacted Mutual & Federal and they took my vehicle for repairs and I had to pay excess monies although it was not my fault and they promised to get my excess monies from the 3rd party

Its almost a year now and you guys can't get my R3750 back. My car was sold and policy cancelled and I still await my monies as I was not at fault

When I send emails to you guys no one replys back, sort this out because its fraustrating to keep on emailing you guys with no response
