I would like to praise Neville Jones from RMB/FNB.

I am attempting to get a policy paid out to my brother in the UK. I was struggling to find out where the hold up was, Momentum, Ascent Wealth or FNB. I had no joy from Momentum or Ascent Wealth so I e-mailed Neville Jones. Within 10 minutes he e-mailed back and explained why there was a hold up. Once we had e-mailed Neville the correct documents he kept us up todate throughout the whole process.

In a world where people don't know the meaning of work ethics Neville was an absolute delight!

Sadly the process has now moved back to Momentum.
