Dishonesty and bad service/no service

We made a booking for our daughter at Bammodels for a photoshoot for her 18th birthday. Money's paid with booking almost a month ago. When i phoned to get the physical adres, "Neville" from Bammodels said i must sms him and he will send me the adress via sms. After few sms's and no reply i phoned him back and i was given a Rivonia Adress and my booking was confirmed. Two days before the photo shoot i phoned Neville again on 0769904346 to re-confirm. Neville confirmed but then gave me an adress in Waterkloof, PTA.
He was very umprofessional over the phone and i felt that this is some sort of.
After i Googled Bammodels and saw all the negative comment and people that lost money through their i started worrying and felt uncomfortable. Two hours later a lady phoned me from Bammodels on behalf of Neville saying that unfortuanetely the shoot has been cancelled as they cannot make it.
I explained that my wife took off work and arranged with school to take my daugter out of school for that day. It was going to ba my daughters 18th birthday surprised that is now ruined.
I want everybody to know what big scamsters this Bammodels are.
