After a very trying 1.5hours with a Network Operator store - I received my brand new iphone 5 and like a kid with a new toy I had to have it working ASAP
I went into Nashua Mobile store in Canal Walk to obtain a new sim card so it would work in my new precious.
Baring in mind, my blood pressure was sky-high from pure frustration and terrible service I had just endured, I walked into the store to be greeted by a happy, smiley face - It was that of Neville's
To cut a long story short, Neville turned my whole attitude around and calmed me down with his excellent way with clients. I have thought of moving my contracts away from NashuaMobile but now this will NOT happen.
Neville is an asset to your business and hopefully rubs off on all your staff members so they too can deliver quality and excellent customer service
