I applied for a student loan. Submitted the documentation last week Thursday already. Till today no one phoned. Spoke to Lindiwe an agent in the LOU (personal loans) section yesterday and she had a very bad attitude and was very smug. She promised me I will be contacted yesterday but no one did. I am very disappointed with service I received keeping in mind I have been with Absa for years. I hope I get assistance urgently.
