I have 2 RA policy's. One with Momentum, and one with Old Mutual.
Wanted to make an additional once off payment into each of the RA policy's.
Sent the same e-mail to Momentum and Old mutual, to enquire what process to follow.
Momentum responded immediately, and the whole transaction was completed within 3 days, and the additional deposit already displays in my RA account.
Received frequent communication, during the whole process from Momentum.
They were even so kind and asked me on which day they may deduct the additional amount from my account, something I have not even given any thought. Nice of them, as this could impact my monthly cash flow severely.
And guess what, 5 days later and OLD Mutual has not even responded to my e-mail yet.
Well done Momentum.
