Posted complaint with all details and reference numbers on 21/12/2012 on Hellopeter.
Standard Bank responded on Hellopeter to confirm they made email contact, which requested the ID No. Not sure why when they have the reference numbers for all phone calls.
Submitted ID number and got same old automated response back from Standard Bank: Someone will get back to us... Of course they have not...
What do you know, almost another month has passed.
The only action is accepting the monthly insurance premiums. Two months since work was done half-way so still cannot use our shower at all.
All complaints ignored.
This is not bad service, it is no service whatsoever.
